All work was carried in the time frame given and the price quoted. The fitters were polite and courteous and keep the disruption to a minimum. The new windows ave made a significant improvement not only to the look of the house but more importantly to the insulation and sound proofing. Myself and my sister have used this company and would recommend them in future.

This was the 2nd time I'd used this company, as I was pleased with work previously done. Kevin recommended a laminate on the glass to reduce traffic noise. I was sceptical as to whether the additional cost would be worth it - but it is. Traffic noise is greatly reduced. John and David were courteous and rang ahead to tell me they were running late. They caused minimum disruption and treated my home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. I'll use this company again when I'm ready to do the remaining windows in my house.

Worked out fine after a bad start:only 1 man turned up with only 1 door rather than the 2 men and 2doors promised in order to complete all the work in one day. After an irate call to the office by myself, a 2nd man came out fairly quickly with the 2nd door and the work was completed to the deadline originally agreed. The patio door glass was nicely wiped down, but not the back door and there is a tiny flaw on the UPVC of the back door, but I can live with that as overall everything looks fantastic. Provided the FENSA documentation turns up promptly, no complaints. Old doors taken away and no mess left behind. The price was competitive compared to another Checkatrade company I got in to quote.
