My tenant (in one of the properties I let out) had an issue with the hot water immersion heater and the storage heater. When I called Tony he mentioned that they will not be able to come in to fix the problem on the same day. However, upon explaining the urgency they managed to find some time and attended to the problem. I had to juggle between Tony and the tenant's availability and Tony was very accommodating. Very pleased with their attitude and work. Highly recommended. I would definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

Response from Stroud Electrical:
I would like to express my concern that the customer has scored us a 6 for Reliability Timekeeping. We had to re arrange our appointment once in early December due to the heavy snow conditions and the customer was fine about this. Unfortunately on the re-arranged appointment day we happened to be the first on the scene of a Road Traffic Accident. We contacted the customer from the scene to let him know we would be delayed and he was again fine as we were placed in an unavoidable situation.

Very impressed with this firm. I was concerned that a loose connection controlling my saniflo system meant it would only operate intermittently and usually when I held the "plug" in place. Tony came well within the two hours he promised when I phoned, quickly repaired the problem wiring etc. and charged what I felt was a very reasonable sum for such quick service. Not only is he efficient but also friendly and courteous.. Could not fault him and would not hesitate to recommend.

Tony and Darren made what was necessarily a major disruption, a very smooth and pleasurable experience. Time keeping was exemplary, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Considering floors had to come up and walls had to be drilled, they were as tidy as it was possible to be. I have no hesitation in going to Tony for any future work.
