All aspects of each job was carried out to the very highest of standards and within a very short time frame considering the extent of the works, with a constant update of any minor issues during the work and solutions required to resolve them, that, where appropriate were executed very well. Very happy with the safety aspect of every job, especially the asbestos removal element with the old garage roof that was taken away the very next day after it was lifted off of the garage.

Excellent work by Lee, Darren and Mark. Lee kept me informed of issues that arose at all times during the build and the work was of very high quality. Lee completed work on time and to budget. He gave us very good advice, kept us informed, helped us reach balanced decisions by giving us options and costed all the extra work we decided to have so we knew exactly what extra costs we were agreeing too and so no unexpected surprises. Lee was very professional We felt his costings were good value. Lee was thorough and had a good team to support him. Tidied at the end of each day and was considerate to the safety of our younger children. Final customer service was coming back to our house even though job completed to power wash patio and area where skip had been kept which was a nice extra for us.

Extensive refurbishment involving numerous subtrades required full "hands on" management from commencement to completion. Difficulties were inevitable given the poor condition of the property at commencement but these were handled professionally and with consideration to keeping additional any costs to bare minimum. We would recommend Lee Hopwood to anybody wanting a builder that they can trust to get the job done !

This is what I think. My experience with Sublime Construction has been a very good one. My loft was converted into a bedroom for my daughter and I found Lee and his team extremely efficient, courteous and innovative suggesting creative ideas to make the space look the very best it could and utilise the area to the best of its potential. The communication between us was superb and I found him to be very accommodating when we had challenges to face as normally always happens when improving your home as things don't always go to plan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee and his team at Sublime to anyone whom wants a superb job done.

Lee and his team were superb. I had regular emails from Lee keeping us completely up to date with what had been done and what work was planned. Always replied to emails and calls promptly. All involved (plumber, tiler, electrician) were excellent. Gave constructive advice and would without doubt use this company again and would happily recommend.

Lee has recently finished a single storey extension for us. Throughout the build he and his team were polite and helpful. Alongside this they turned up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They were also patient with our questions and very supportive in helping us make decisions due to our lack of building knowledge. We are delighted with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend Lee to others.

Lee and all his workforce did a splendid job, high quality. All of them had a great attitude and were very pleasant and skilled.
