Open fireplace.
This contractor did my open fireplace for me and laid wooden floors also a few odds and sods. I fould them very friendly, honest and tidy, and I have already recommended them to friends. I would definately use them again. I would be happy to recommend them.

First floor extension over garage

Lee and his team were reliable, hardworking and completed the extension over a newly constructed garage on schedule and to a high standard. As a family with young children we appreciated Lee's safety awareness on site and his team's family friendly approach. Lee kept us fully informed of progress during the project and responded promptly to emails and any queries.

Fit new floor timbers and alterations to main drains and soil pipe work

Lee did a very good job with all work to a high standard, was helpful with good advise given. I would recommend Sublime Construction for building projects. Additionally Lee fitted an internal door, again the work was done perfectly to his usual high standard.

Landscaping rear Garden, Renewing Garage Roof and converting front garden into block paved driveway...

All aspects of each job was carried out to the very highest of standards and within a very short time frame considering the extent of the works, with a constant update of any minor issues during the work and solutions required to resolve them, that, where appropriate were executed very well. Very happy with the safety aspect of every job, especially the asbestos removal element with the old garage roof that was taken away the very next day after it was lifted off of the garage.

Ground floor extension

Excellent work by Lee, Darren and Mark. Lee kept me informed of issues that arose at all times during the build and the work was of very high quality. I would also highlight Lee's ability to come up with solutions to problems during the build. I highly recommend Sublime Construction and would certainly ask Lee to undertake work in the future.

Excellent service - very efficient, trustworthy, friendly, and polite. Lee did a fantastic job refitting the bathroom. He offered plenty of advice before, and during the fitting. Installation of external 10ft bi fold doors and removal of internal walls and associated plumbing/electrics

Lee completed work on time and to budget. He gave us very good advice, kept us informed, helped us reach balanced decisions by giving us options and costed all the extra work we decided to have so we knew exactly what extra costs we were agreeing too and so no unexpected surprises. Lee was very professional We felt his costings were good value. Lee was thorough and had a good team to support him. Tidied at the end of each day and was considerate to the safety of our younger children. Final customer service was coming back to our house even though job completed to power wash patio and area where skip had been kept which was a nice extra for us.
