We have been appalled at the very low standard of workmanship and knowledge. All work seems to have been bodged. We needed another professional to rectify the damage.

Response from Super Heat:
installation completed february 2011. whilst every care and attention to detail is always our aim, an installation of this size ie two large w/c blocks could invariably have some minor problems when commissioning. The customer requested we do not screw the toilets to the floor as it had a water proof surface which they did not want to pierce so this made securing them in place difficult. The customer supplied urinal assembly. The cistern which unfortunately was in my opinion cheap and not designed for a commercial application and hence kept leaking. I requested the customer supply a different cistern but they refused so there was little else i could do. The customer paid us in full without question and said they were pleased with the install, and i am unaware of any third party attending afterwards.

We received a visit very quickly from Carl and he provided a quality written quote and an explanation of his recommendations and work he would do. We were guided through his ideas and he listed to exactly what we wanted. The price quoted was excellent and this included the removal of the old heating system (30 or 40 years old), immersion tanks, plastic roof tanks and old rads/pipes. He fitted a mostly new system in the entire house and this was done very quickly (almost 2 weeks). We also had him cover some extra tasks with the bathroom, such as tracing new pipes for the shower and moving the radiator. Carl used quality parts and showed excellent skill, all his pipework was neat and tidy and minimal mess was made. He provided us updates when needed and was always cheerful and good to be around. We felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to the house so he could come and go as he liked. Overall excellent and will recommend and be using again. Thank you.
