Very pleased with the majority of the work. There were many extras that we added on throughout the job that Tim willingly did. The work understandably took much longer than originally estimated and Tim was keen to finish the turfing as he had another job waiting. In our opinion we felt that after he left we were disappointed with the lawn as we found it to be uneven in places.

As always Superior Landscapes did have other work pending and we agree we were held up by many many extras and new decision making but the turfing was not rushed as we were waiting for the turf to be delivered which was organised by the client, the levels met the new paving and followed the contours of the grarden, it was also boarded down flat as we worked

I feel that at no time was the client ever charged over the quoted price, extra work was also carried out free of charge for good will only A substantial refund has been made accompanied by a receipt.. We do apologies for the delay mentioned but following my serious illness I have been called back for further treatment and have been unable to work a full day until now. Refunding money was a long way from my mind but I hope now that the matter has now been resolved

The problem with the colour of the panels was purely created by Superior landscapes supplier, 4 out of the 14 panels were a lighter shade, the client did receive another panel free of charge, a mutually agreed outcome was settled on in the end and Superior Landscapes believe the client was happy with the finished work.
