We find these comments amazing. You only have to look at our feedback for courtesy to see that this is completely untrue. We didn't even leave a message with the customer. I Michael the owner sent the customer a text message telling him when we would be there. There was only one day we could do this job because we are very busy and I explained this in a polite manner. We ended up driving 20 miles to accommodate the customer on another day at 7.30am in morning before he went to work because there was no access to the rear of his property. We ended up losing money because we were working in a different area to where he lives. We were subsequently late for our next job. We do all this and then get bad feedback. All I can say is check our other feedback because this feedback does not reflect how our business operates.
