Martin and his team were fantastic, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. From the beginning when Martin first visited for a quotation visit, he was on time, polite and very patient with my endless questions. He did not forget any task that was asked of him during the course of each day and never needed reminding. He was superbly organised in ensuring supplies were ordered and delivered in time, and communicating with his team and suppliers so that the whole project ran smoothly and ahead of schedule without hold-ups. Martin often went beyond the call of duty by willingly providing very good advice on other things outside of the job, and included unexpected work within the quote without charging extra. I was really impressed at his reliability, organisation, helpfulness, courteousness and craftsmanship and of his team, and also how tidy they all were. I have booked Martin in for another job and would like to say huge thanks for a great bathroom to him and his colleagues (Mark on plastering, Paul on tiling, and Stewart on flooring).

If you are looking for a company to carry out any plumbing work, replacement/new bathroom then you need not look any further. Martin Felgate and his team are the tops and the best I have come across for a long time. They are honest, trustworthy and reliable and go beyond the call of duty in their work. The place was cleaned well before the end of the day and all rubbish taken for disposal/recycling. I am more than pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend Supreme Installations to anyone asking for any property maintenance work.

I was let down by two other companies that advertise on media. I went into my local Plumbers Centre in Crawley and asked for their recommendation of trustworthy local companies to carry out the work for me as I had now been a week without any hot water. Within 12 hours Martin Felgate rung me and arranged to come the following morning. Asking if it were possible to carry out the work that day; due to my work commitments and the predicament I was in; martin made a few phone calls and was able to oblige. Martin has a friendly and professional manner and worked in a clean and tidy way removing ALL rubbish. I have already booked martin to carry out other work in the bathroom to replace an old bath and re-site an electric shower. I would certainly recommend Martin to others. I was really looking forward to what Martin had planned for my bathroom, as it had seen far better days. Martin is an excellent craftsman - he certainly knows his work. We found him honest, polite and hardworking. We are very pleased with the finished product. There was a delay in waiting for a replacement for the sink and part of a cabinet, but that was resolved quite quickly. This was a complete refurbishment of my bathroom, from floor to ceiling it all had to be replaced. Martin is a superb multi talented craftsman, he organised and carried out our new kitchen installation with military style precision. The quality was superb and he undertook a lot of additional lengthy plumbing work necessary to make the installation a success. We were kept informed on all the key stages and nothing was too much trouble for Martin to resolve.
