Returned home from work unable to open front door. Couldn't get into the house any other way. It was freezing outside, with snow on the ground. Called Paul who I had used once before to change a lock on my back door. He said he was just finishing a job and could be with me in half an hour. He arrived before that, had the door open in seconds which got me out of the cold! He explained the problem which was the gearbox, also solved the problem of why the door had never shut properly since we've had it. That being the latch had been fitted the wrong way! The door now shuts and locks easily, Paul fixed it quickly. He was tidy and very polite and clearly very knowledgeable about his trade. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him to friends and family.

He called back within the hour, when we discussed the work that needed to be done and I was advised, clearly and precisely, what the possible cost of the work would be. Unfortunately I was burgled last night, I called Paul from Surelock Homes to replace all locks and fit a high security lighting system. All locks were changed without any hassle at all and security lighting was arranged with his electrician and installed that same afternoon. I'm from Bromley working in the area needed to gain entry to shop door, top yale was working but bottom mortice wasn't key was just spinning. I called a company before I called Surelock Homes and I was quoted a very high amount to get this lock open. I later found out that this was a national company and not a local one just pretending to be. Paul from Surelock was very helpful and friendly and opened lock without any problem at all and was more then half the price that I was quoted by this other company. Have kept your card Paul as will 100% use your services again if I ever needed them.

Absent mined left keys in my front door lock which were then stolen. It was Sunday and envisaged a huge problem getting someone to come out or even answer their phone. I needn't have worried. My call was answered within seconds and they came out within the hour. Work carried out was fast and efficient and good advice given. Really nice and polite and cleared up all mess made - even cut extra keys for me! Totally brilliant, fast, efficient and professional service - this type of truly fantastic service is all too lacking normally in this day and age of rip off/couldn't care less type of service we seem to have to put up with so I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending them.
