I called Alan after my house was broken into and I wanted additional locks fitted on the windows. He came round the next day and suggested a option based on providing the level of comfort I was looking for against the budget I had. Mr Peters' help was sought when a mortise lock jammed in the closed position after the incorrect key had, mistakenly, been used in an attempt to open the door. Before calling, Mr Peters advised how the problem might be solved and, as this was successful, attendance by him on site was avoided.
