I had a new back door fitted mid December by a non listed trader - a neighbour had recommended him. The same day I had to complain that the cat flap was not correct. He has never bothered about this "surgery for windows" has dealt with it great / super. I now have piece of mind. Always Checkratrade I suppose. I have a directory.

I have contacted customer and offered to re-attend premises, but the job was done 7 weeks ago, the glass was damaged before we got there. We cleared up the larger pieces of glass and advised customer to vacum, if the customer was not happy to do this, we would have offered to help.
