Arrived promptly at the agreed time, completed the work on time to a high standard. They were pleasant people to have around the house and did not need to be watched over. I would be happy to recommend them.

Double glazing.
Arrived on time carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up after work completed. It is not often you get work done on time with satisfactory workmanship and cleaned up afterwards. I would give them 10 out of 10. I would be happy to recommend them.

Repaired a broken leaded glass window in porch

Draught proofed sash windows and changed glass in one

I used Mr Burcombe after reading his great reviews. He draught proofed 2 living room windows and also changed the sash cords where necessary. He draught proofed and reglazed my bathroom window which was difficult to access. He takes pride in his work and is also very tidy.Our windows now glide open without the previous struggle and the living room is no longer freezing. Wonderful.

Replacement sash window and sash cords

Fabulous customer service, always texted when on way, gave reliable advice, did a professional job, and was even shown tricks of the trade! Everything done to a very professional standard and no cleaning up to do after. Great price, great service and great job. Definitely recommended.

Fixed window hinges and replaced silicone around glass

It's been a long time since I've dealt with a workman like Howard. He didn't charge for the call out and he turned up when he said he would! The quote was very reasonable, so much so, I didn't feel like I had to knock him down. Howard is definitely someone who puts your confidence back in tradesmen and therefore definitely a company I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
