Please note the work was finished in early 2010 (I can't remember the exact date!) I was extremely pleased with the work undertaken by Surrey County Basements. I got several quotes for the work, and whilst they were not initially the cheapest, they were the most comprehensive, and the only one who included everything. There was an issue with additional work being needed, but I had been warned this could occur, and I was kept up-to-date and given the option before any additional (underpinning) was undertaken. I had the option to decline this work, but felt it would be beneficial in the long run. The workmen were ALWAYS courteous and my phone calls were always returned promptly when needed. (This is especially appreciated as I am a single woman and am often talked down to by tradesmen.) I was very impressed by the quality of the work, the finish and the whole procedure. I have recommended them to various people, two of whom I know have since used them for their own needs. I will definately use them again and could not be more impressed with the business. (Not easy to say in the building trade!)

Clear, itemised quote with good advice allowed us to specify scope of works. Not the cheapest price available, but good value for the quality of the finish. Works completed to quote and programme. Would highly recommend SB and would use them again.
