Absolutely faultless. Very pleased with the service we received. I was incredibly stressed about moving. Yet after the initial visit to get scope of our belongings, I felt in very safe hands. Extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, witty and informative. Happily recommend Frazer and his team.

Moved from Ardingly to Partridge Green in blizzard conditions!
The quote given by Frazer and his team at Sussex Removals was the middle priced of all the quotes we received. The deciding factor was Mike who came round to price the job and talk us through the process. Frazer stayed in regular contact whilst we awaited the completion date and gave sound advice throughout the build up to the move. Moving day arrived with fresh snowfall overnight! Luckily it stopped snowing during the loading of the vans but then the blizzard started and remained with us for the rest of the afternoon / evening. Frazer and his team worked very hard and to get unloaded in very difficult conditions. We are now all unpacked and have nothing was broken during the move. We don't plan to move ever again, but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to use Sussex Removals again.

House removal.
Excellent friendly service when quoting and organising removal date. All removal men efficient and most importantly calm which made the move easier, nothing too much trouble. They were friendly, willing and helpful with advice on the day. Also no damages. Glad I took out the late key insurance!

House contents removal.
I am delighted to be able to write a good review and make a highly positive recommendation for Surrey Removals Limited. Moving home is a stressful and anxious time, so I was relieved that the team of five people from this company were easy to talk to and very helpful and considerate in their approach. I was kept well-informed with regards to progress and time of arrival at my new home. They contacted me prior to setting-off, so that we could 'walk through' the house and check everything had been done. This was an important and beneficial step. During the delivery phase, they used their initiative with regards to which rooms belongings should be placed, but verified each box and item along the way. I am very happy with the work they have done for me and would be pleased to recommend them to others.

London to Brighton.
Great communication despite both Frazer and I having young babies. We moved from a big two bed in SW London to a one bed in Brighton. Half our stuff in storage with Frazer, the other half moved. The whole move over two days was so much easier knowing Frazer and his team were on board. The guys that packed up, Ricky x 2 and Pete worked together like a finely oiled machine and were very polite and friendly. All I had to do was unpack! We'll be using them again for our next move for sure! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

House move from Horsham to Handcross.
Although priced higher than the several other quotes we had from the internet. I felt the customer service from the outset was better than the others. Having placed my trust in Frazer's team, they were faultless, polite, helpful, efficient and this resulted in a smooth move with no breakages!

Relocated from the heart of the Ashdown forest to sunny ferrying.
The guys are friendly and very focused on getting the job done. They hardly stopped for tea and biscuits! They took great care and really went that little bit extra with a few things I needed help with at the new house. I could not praise them more. I would use them again and definitely recommend Sussex Removals to my friends. Keep up the good work! Thank you very much for making our moving day pleasant and a good memory!

Local move in Surrey
Great service from the friendly Frazer, and the team sent on the day worked really hard and were very personable. Would definitely recommend them to others as the price was in keeping with other quotes we received but the service was better than we expected. I left my husband and the guys to finish at the old house whilst I went to collect the new keys; and when I went back the next day there were loose bits and pieces still at the house; along with a DVD cabinet still full of DVDs. It would have been nice if some initiative had been used to just chuck the remaining items in a box  and bring as it was a pain the next day with two kids to sort it out by myself. 5 guys could have done it in a few minutes and saved me the stress. Not really a criticism as my husband should have also thought to do this, but merely a comment... Would use again definitely.

The customer should have done all the packing themselves and been ready for the morning of their move as we were was just moving them to their new house. The husband said as it was a rental he was going to return the next day and asked us to leave the dvd cabinet as he would pack them himself. We would have packed this normally to help out as we always take initiative but were asked not to.
