The job was originally booked in for midday but first job was postponed due to my client being delayed abroad. I text the customer to say we will be early on the Saturday before but got no reply so presumed it was ok. I’m very surprised by the customers comments as they have paid and made no comments before or after the work was done that they were not happy with us being early.

We did this job in the recent bad weather & the drive was covered in snow and ice. We cleared the drive with shovels and brooms in an attempt to leave it in a clearer state than we found it in and spent twice as long also attempting to clear a one acre garden in the snow. I did tell the client that I would happily come back and blow the drive again once the snow had cleared and she was very happy with our effort. She has not rung me since to re-visit so I can only assume that all is well. The customer is a very good client of mine.
