1) Replacing Dining Ceiling and redecorating and 2) Replacing Flat garage roof
We have used Richard and Sam (South Coast Property Services) for a couple of jobs over the past year and can strongly recommend them.
Last year they replaced our dining room ceiling (after a flood) and last month they replaced our aging garage roof.
They are courteous, professional, industrious and their work is of a very high quality.
They are a pleasure to work with - but keep the cups of tea coming!

Repairs to roof between house and sun room to waterproof it.
As soon as it rained the water poured through, Mr Garman came back again for 25 mins and used silicone, but it's still leaking badly. Very disappointed with the work. Had to pay another company to repair and Mr Garman has refused to refund me.
