We dealt with Mark at Sussex Property Maintenance Ltd who was helpful, informative and honest throughout. They turned up on time (on the third day they were a little late, hence the 9) and did excellent work. They were really bothered about leaving the house as they found it and made every effort to reduce disruption to our family life. I would definitely use them again.

There were a few unexpected delays due to late tile delivery but Mark was very calming and worked around it. Some of the tiling on the smaller tiles could have been finished a bit better and the door wasn't painted but everything else was good and Mark sorted out our TV reception free of charge which was brilliant. Overall very good service and very professional. Would definitely use again.
