We cover all aspects of electrical work residential, shops, restaurants, pubs, factories and warehouses.  We take on very small jobs such as installing an extra socket to designing and installing electrics to large buildings.

When the time comes to sell your property, your purchaser’ s surveyors will ask for evidence that modifiable domestic electrical work, installed after January 2005 complies with the new Building Regulations. There will be two ways to prove compliance. A certificate showing that the work has been done by a competent installer who is registered under a Self-Certification scheme.

A completion certificate from the local authority saying that the installation has approval under the Building Regulations. This however, is dependent on the owner who has ordered the work, on providing relevant electrical test certificates on completion of the installation, from a competent person.

Sockets, cooker hood, extractor fans.

This was a particularly smart job as he managed to fit an extractor hood over a cooker and wired it into a nearby fused socket with all wiring hidden behind tiles. The beauty of this was that he managed to do so by removing and replacing only 1x ceramic wall tile when we had expected at least 5 to have to be removed. He put himself out, the job was tidy, we are very happy and thought it worth mentioning. The other work he did on the day was also of a high standard but the cooker hood was outstanding.

Fitted new consumer unit, very good service.

Paul came and rewired a bathroom light. Very good service! Paul fitted a new consumer unit and carried out electrical bonding. On time, a job well done, polite and very helpful. Responded to an emergency call on a Sunday very promptly. Very impressed!

New hob fitted, wall socket under sink unit fitted, ceiling light found fault and fixed and fixed cooker hood.

Faulty elements to electric cooker replaced - grill and oven were not working.
