We cover all aspects of electrical work residential, shops, restaurants, pubs, factories and warehouses.  We take on very small jobs such as installing an extra socket to designing and installing electrics to large buildings.

When the time comes to sell your property, your purchaser’s surveyors will ask for evidence that notifiable domestic electrical work, installed after January 2005 complies with the new Building Regulations. There will be two ways to prove compliance. A certificate showing that the work has been done by a competent installer who is registered under a Self-Certification scheme.

A completion certificate from the local authority saying that the installation has approval under the Building Regulations. This however, is dependent on the owner who has ordered the work, on providing relevant electrical test certificates on completion of the installation, from a competent person.

Fitting two extractor fans and replacing lights in living room

Excellent workmanship, good time keeping, clear discussions and explanations . The price was very reasonable . I felt that this tradesman was prepared to take great care over every aspect of the job. Very good on details such as making good all surfaces affected by the process of rewiring. In all a commendable professional attitude.

Electrical interim report and installation of light fittings.

Besides Paul conducting the work that we required, he also informed us of the electrical regulatory changes and the possible implications for us as prospective landlords and which was very useful. His workmanship was first class and he was polite and courteous at all times. We would highly recommend him and will be asking him to carry out some further work for us in the next few months.

Lights not working upstairs

Paul responded to a message I had left within 15 minutes, he came around within 10 minutes of the call and diagnosed and fixed the fault within seconds. All in all it took 1/2 hour and my problem was fixed. Now that is what I call service. The charge was as discussed beforehand. I would highly recommend.

Fit a new shower.

Called me back within 2 hours of leaving a message. Went to look at the job the next day and fitted the shower the following morning. I was very impressed with the speed that the work was done for me. I will definitely use Paul again.
