Paul responded to a message I had left within 15 minutes, he came around within 10 minutes of the call and diagnosed and fixed the fault within seconds. All in all it took 1/2 hour and my problem was fixed. Now that is what I call service. The charge was as discussed beforehand. I would highly recommend.

Very good in sorting the wiring out and explanation of the main fuse board. The wiring was not what it should be for an electric cooker to be installed until Mr Sparky sorted it out and in doing so sorted out a further two outlet sockets at the same time, thus keeping the main cooker point as it should be and up to proper regulations. Overall he was good at explaining the work he was doing as he was progressing along, A good education for me too. 38/40.
