Phoned John and asked for appointment next day. He turned up 10mins. Before stated time. Assessed problem, and treated from the outside where all the wasps entered the roof space. Wasp activity stopped in 2 hours outside, but took about 1 week to clear the loft of all the remaining wasps. I think he did a very good job, at a good price. Would definitely recommend him.

John came into our rat and mouse infested flat just a few hours after we called him on a Saturday, which we were very relieved about and impressed by. He also came in on the Sunday morning (!) and subsequent days that followed. We liked the fact that he took a very methodical approach that went to the cause of the problem; he found and blocked their inlet to the flat, rather than just killing them. He was as humane as is possible, which I think is very much to his credit. To top it all off, he's a really interesting and nice guy who we felt had the situation firmly in his control. A huge relief when you have sewer rats roaming your flat. Thank you John. You made a horrible situation as pleasant as could be and we're glad to have met you too.

Sussex EPS really saved my bacon - the recent wet weather had attracted some undesirable new residents to our garden, something that with a young family I needed to have dealt with straight away. They were here within half an hour of my call to deal with it, even though it was chucking it down. Very helpful/courteous, and have been back already to check that things are OK. Quote was very reasonable given it was an emergency job. If I need something like that dealt with again, I'll definitely be in touch.

I called out another pest controller that were very unhelpful, I then called Sussex EPS who came out straight away and very efficiently dealt with the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
