Bathroom refurbishment.
A selection of their "men" came to completely "Rip-Out" and "re-do" my bathroom. They were ALL Courteous, Polite, On-time, absolutely no bother, and did a WONDERFUL JOB. I couldn't be more pleased. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

All tradespeople kept us informed at all stages. Very clean workers. Very high standard when finished. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

Plumbing.
The workmen arrived early for work and all tasks were completed in a satisfactory manner. All mess was tidied up and taken away each night. I was perfectly happy with all the work done. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

Burst underground water main with no isolation.

I cannot fault this company. From the customer services to the work crew they could not have done any more to help. We had a job for a client who had a badly burst water main that we or the water board inspectors could not shut off. After lengthy discussions over two days Debbie in customer services arranged for a crew to come out late afternoon in freezing conditions and repair the pipe. Top service what can I say!!!  Thank you.
