I cannot fault this company. From the customer services to the work crew they could not have done any more to help. We had a job for a client who had a badly burst water main that we or the water board inspectors could not shut off. After lengthy discussions over two days Debbie in customer services arranged for a crew to come out late afternoon in freezing conditions and repair the pipe. Top service what can I say!!! Thank you.

Work was carried out over a month because of problems Sutton and East Surrey had in ordering and obtaining the bath. However a temporary bath was installed but the shower was not usable for over three weeks. We were kept fully informed of the likely delay and attempts were made to reschedule the work to minimise the overall delay The work done was to a good standard but making good and cleaning could have been better. The windows were left splattered with plaster and glue was not cleaned from tiles and work surface. It was not noticed that the wrong extractor fan had been installed.

Our installtion team are experienced professionals who do take a pride in their work. We have spoken to the fitters involved in the work and they have informed us that all work was carried out in accordance with company procedures or customer instructions. In addition, the team went over and above the work quoted for by correcting the pump in the airing cupboard at no additional charge. As far as we are aware any issues that were raised with the installation team have been put right. Our installation carries a 1 year guarantee on the work, we will rectify any issues related to the installation that arise during this time.

Following use of newly installed shower the day after, emergency service had to be called due to incomplete joining of new piping resulting in leaking++. Plumber identified & rectified leak but unable to resolve air lock which immobilised other gravity feed shower. I would recommend them.
