Boards and plastering of ceilings. Paint one bed flat
510
Untidy workmanship. Paint still on my carpets after months, plaster splattered on walls and radiators. Clearly did not cover furniture or carpet when painting. Crack appeared in plaster in one of ceilings. Trader in my opinion not only refuses to put right but even to inspect the paint job his worker did. Uneven paint on ceilings and plaster uneven finish. Light fittings also covered in paint.

I have received many positive feed backs for my work, over the past few years, which I believe, truly reflect my work on a daily basis. I therefore regret that this customer is unhappy with the work carried out at her property. After quoting for an insurance claim, customer agreed and accepted the quote. I started and completed the work at the agreed time. I also painted, at no extra cost, four ceilings that I had plastered, even though this was not included in the quote. Initially customer was happy with the work and I was paid accordingly. At a later date I was contacted, complaining about the noise she could hear from the flat above. After lengthy conversations explaining that sound proof insulation had never been discussed, quoted or agreed to, (something customer disagreed with), in my opinion her view of my work seemed to change then began contacting me regarding several grievances. I tried on numerous occasions to arrange a date and time to meet with her to view the flat and discuss a resolution. Customer refused my offer. I offered to professionally clean any mess customer refused my offer, telling me that she would clean it herself. This made it impossible for me to actually clarify or rectify, anything the customer was unhappy with.
