I was very pleased with this company as I work overseas and I had to organise replacing the windows in my buy to let flat using mainly emails. They were prompt at using email communication, very clear about the work that they were going to do, and when my father, went to my flat to check the quality of the new windows, he was more than satisfied. Swift were great from start to finish. When we went into the showroom in Caterham we were made to feel welcome, yet not hassled - an unusual experience for double glazing company! Swift will come to your home to measure and will not give you the usual 'this is my best price if you buy today' line that the bigger companies regularly try. They will send their best price through the post which was great - no hassle or being made to feel uncomfortable in your own home. The product is excellent, particularly our bow bays and the fitting was carried out with care and precision. The house remained tidy throughout the 4 day fit. We are extremely happy with both the price we paid and the quality of the workmanship we received. Our house has been transformed and we have no hesitation in using or recommending Swift - it was a great decision to support the local trader, they treated our home and us with care rather than just another job.
