Tony and Steve cleaned our (non-lined) chimney and fitted a liner (and cowl) for our solid fuel woodburner. The liner was tricky as our chimney flue was small and had awkward turns, but they did a great job with zero fuss! Knowledgeable and friendly, and all the work was signed off for HETAS on the day. Wish we had used T1 to fit the stove originally! Will definitely come back again each year.

Fireplace surround slightly damaged during removal (mainly due to poor previous installation) and sealing not perfect once re-fitted. Not big deal as they are not decorators!

Tony arrived on time, was polite, friendly, professional and skilled. He was very tidy, laying down plastic sheeting over my carpet and wore shoe protectors to ensure my flooring wasn't dirtied. He also provided advice on our need for an astpirator but in no way pushed the extra work. Very good work by two very pleasant people. Good, clear advice based on honesty. We took their advice and we are very pleased indeed with the result.
