Welcome to our site, the Company was founded in 1987, and is currently run by Tim Marolia and Jon Parker, both are fully qualified tradesmen with over 25 years experience, Tim as a Bricklayer and Jon as a Carpenter. We also have a dedicated team of trade professionals, who aim to deliver work to the highest standard. We have a large number of customers particularly in the Winchester area's who are very happy to recommend us and we are always happy to put prospective clients in touch with previous customers. The majority of our work is from customer recommendation and we have many repeat customers that always call us when they need work done.
The main activity of the works we carry out is Extensions, Loft Conversions and Refurbish works, quotations are free so its always worth a call if your thinking of having building works carried out. We are very approachable and always maintain good communication with the customer throughout the work to ensure that everything is as the client expects and is within the budget

Creating an opening at first floor level and fitting a new window.
We're reconfiguring the upstairs rooms of our house to create an extra bedroom. We're doing most of the work ourselves but when it came to creating a new window, we decided it would be easier and quicker to have it done professionally. We were not disappointed. Tim and his assistant did a first class job. He was more than happy to chat through details on the phone ahead of the work, and because it was a relatively small job, he fitted us in at short notice. The workmanship is excellent and it was carried out with minimum fuss. The next time we need to hire a builder, out first phone call will be to Tim.

Large single storey extension at rear of house with bi-fold doors
Building work commenced on 14 march and at the moment we are three weeks in to the build. Original building quote was very thorough and reasonably priced. We are exceptionally pleased with how the work has progressed, the builders are always on time, trustworthy and hardworking. The quality of the work is to a very high standard. We have already recommended to others.
