Plastering 2 ceilings (remove and cover an ugly Artex finish)
A first class prompt and efficient service from
quote to completion. This was always going to be a dusty messy job but everywhere
was left very clean and tidy (thanks to the liberal use of dust sheets to cover
the floors, wardrobes and drawers) and the new ceilings are
lovely.

Bedroom ceiling in Dormer Bungalow
Mark came and skimmed the old artex ceiling then plastered it only to find that due to previous distemper the plaster would not stick. He returned the next day to plasterboard and plaster the ceiling and one wall and stayed late to ensure everything was done. He was polite, tidy, courteous and charged us a very reasonable price for all the work. Cannot thank or recommend him enough.

Plastering of hallway and tiling of floor and downstairs cloakroom
Mark's level of detail is something of a rarity these days, he takes time to produce a quality of work rather than to make a quick buck. Mark completed the work in the timescale quoted and to budget. As we go through the rest of the house, Mark will be used to complete the other areas. An advantage for us is his ability to tile and plaster to a very high standard, reduces the need for planning separate trades. Highly recommended.
