Refitting of large upstairs bathroom and small downstairs cloakroom

We were very impressed with Tom's prompt and helpful responsiveness while we were working out the total works cope and quotation. Due to the age and design of our house, the actual work proved to be quite complex, but it was all completed efficiently. He was happy and flexible to add in extra and unplanned work as we went along. He dealt promptly with the very few trivial defects that arose during and after the two weeks of the job. His workers took great care to clear up thoroughly at the end of each working day, which was good. We would be happy to use this Company again.

Complete bathroom replacement, including partition wall rebuilding

The work began and finished to the original estimate. Work was carried out by a number of specialised tradesmen, including Tom Watts himself, who arrived on time and performed all work to a high standard. All tradesmen were very polite and made every effort to be clean and tidy in a difficult environment. Very pleased with final outcome and would highly recommend.
