We were very impressed with Tom's prompt and helpful responsiveness while we were working out the total works cope and quotation. Due to the age and design of our house, the actual work proved to be quite complex, but it was all completed efficiently. He was happy and flexible to add in extra and unplanned work as we went along. He dealt promptly with the very few trivial defects that arose during and after the two weeks of the job. His workers took great care to clear up thoroughly at the end of each working day, which was good. We would be happy to use this Company again.

Had a polite conversation when initially making contact. Tom came round promptly to examine the job and gave a price based on what he could see but it was clear that extra work would be charged extra and a date was agreed. Plumber appeared at good time on the agreed date stripped out tile with minimum of damage and fixed the leak. He returned when the area had properly dried out and replaced new tile and made good. Final price charged was the price agreed initially. My wife, who is not easily impressed, commented on the clean and tidy way in which the area was left after the work was finished. This company has now been entered in my list of trades to call if I have another similar problem.
