The work was carried out very well and the result has been an excellent enhancement to our roof terrace. Since installation I have made many phone calls to the company regarding the issue of the FENSA and guarantee certificates and after many months delay I have received these. However I am still waiting for them to attend to a minor problem. Three appointments have been made but they have not made an appearance so far. Only once did they telephone me to cancel the appointment. ....Before I accepted this company's quotation I asked if a low profile cill was available form the manufacturer. I was informed that it was and I agreed for it to be fitted. Upon installation it became clear that the cill was not designed to coordinate with the manufacturers door and frame assembly. A lot of alteration and fiddling was required to make the cill work with one pair of doors and with the other it still doesn't as it allows rainwater to run into the house. These faults would not have arisen if TRP had understood the product they are selling and had advised me correctly.......The main faults with the installation done for me were a poorly aligned and twisted door frame and a set of windows not installed staright or level and with a drooping window cill and trims cut short. With the exception of one trim these faults were corrected . If I had not known what I was looking for I would have been left with these faults. The fault with the trim not corrected was "cured" by TRP's fitter packing up the cill to close the gap created by it being cut short. The packing later fell out so I am still left with a gap.....
