Nigel came to my rescue last year when 'man's best friend' left his calling card! I was so delighted with Nigel's work, that I asked to have a routine carpet clean carried out. I was very impressed by Nigel's preparation before cleaning. He hand brushed and hoovered throughout. When hand brushing, he discovered carpet moth behind a piece of furniture, and applied a treatment. He spent so much time and care with the cleaning. I'm delighted with the result and would certainly recommend Nigel.

Nigel surveyed the job quickly and efficinetly and gave us a fair quote. His ability to get a number of different stains (including tea, rust stains and red wine) an material including blue-tac and ground in dirt out of biscuit coloured wool carpets was phenomenal. He was polite and timely and was great with our kids who, though mostly culpable, were unaware of what needed to be done.

Nigel is nothing short of miraculous! Called him at VERY short notice and although his time was limited, he very kindly fitted my urgent request in, which was to remove a very bad coffee stain made the night before,. The results were amazing...don't know how he does it. A lovely guy, hard working,efficient and very trustworthy,the second time I have used his company. He knows his work inside out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again, a life saver, worth every penny!

My dining room chairs which I thought was past there best and now with Nigel's chemicals have brought the material back to how they looked 20 years ago. First proper clean after new (plastic material ?) floor had been laid in 2000. Very good finish and shine achieved together with instructions on ongoing maintenance. Also cleaned entrance hall carpet (say 3m x 2m) and loo floors. Looks good and we would use the company again.

Nigel came to our rescue and this is the second time we've called on his services. This time for hall, stairs and landing and upholstery cleaning. We couldn't be more pleased; he is a delight to deal with and his work is of the highest quality. We trust him and are glad to do business with him. We had a very bad experience with a company, who we later found out had appeared on BBC Watchdog for operating "bait and switch" techniques. Sure enough their "cheap introductory" price offered went up but luckily we didn't go ahead and contacted Nigel.

A few months back I received a cold-call from a carpet cleaning company offering what seemed like a reasonable deal. I would never normally accept this sort of thing, but my carpets were in need of a good clean. When they turned up, I was shown a small patch of carpet that had been cleaned for the price quoted (it looked no different) and advised to have a deep clean at over twice the price! They did it, and I paid up. The job was awful!! It took days to dry and looked worse then when they started. I called them back, and they reluctantly returned and re-did the bottom 3 steps. Still awful!! Fast forward to November...........having done some research into local companies to put all the damage (plus some new stains) right, I was delighted to come across TrueClean. I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. He's everything the first company weren't. Polite, tidy, thorough, efficient, honest and the results were amazing. I can open my front door with confidence again. And the incredible thing about all of this (apart from my carpet obviously), is that TrueClean cost less than the first company!! Well worth every penny, cup of tea/coffee and the odd cake (I was baking at the time) for of all Nigel's hard work. Thank you.

I was given 2 sofas as a house warming gift from a relative and knowing they had been used regularly as beds for 2 dogs I wasn't prepared to use them until they had been thoroughly cleaned. They had various marks/stains/hairs and smelt awful so I wanted to make sure I found someone that could bring these back to life to meet my fussy standards!! We were not sure how effective the cleaning of the tiled floors would be, so commissioning the work was shot in the dark. However the results were magnificent. Nigel was exceptionally thorough and knew his business extremely well. If Nigel's service had not been available, we would probably have had to replace most of our carpets and underlay to remove the cat soiling! Nigel was able to deep clean the area and with a UV light prove that the cat urine and crystal element of it (which is the bit that most industrial carpet cleaning wont remove) had gone. Thanks Nigel, we are really pleased with the result and the carpets have never looked cleaner!

Nigel knows this business well, was informative about the process using natural products and is clearly passionate about his work. He is efficient, a true professional and a genuinely nice guy to do business with. He used an appropriate anti-bacterial product after moving the wardrobe and discovering a "present" brought in by one of my cats. Nigel was the only person who wanted to come and look at the job before quoting- he was a really nice guy and enthusiastic and very professional, quote was very reasonable. He did a fabulous job on very filthy ingrained dirt on a very expensive floor and did not leave until he was fully satisfied with the end result. There are a lot of companies out there doing stone cleaning charging exorbitant amounts of money and unprepared to even look at the job first. I wish there were more like Nigel !

The room is used by all age groups and particularly children and teenagers for playing games and classes. A number of groups enjoy snacks and other (less dry) food and the carpet gets grubby. Nigel's attention to detail was impressive and the quality of finish was excellent. For such a large area, the work was completed in a surprisingly short time which is important for a busy venue such as ours.

Nigel has cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms, the landing ,stairs and a rug. He was very informative in the process that he was going to undertake. The first hour was spent just vacuuming, making sure the carpets were as clear of all particulates as possible. He then set about cleaning them with his industrial cleaner . At the end of the 4 hours he spent on them, they were like new and they also smelt a lot fresher. A very professional service.

No issue with moving furniture around. Knowledgeable, friendly and felt comfortable having him in the house. Hopefully the dust mite will be kept at bay for a while! An anti-bacterial/dust mite solution applied at the end which was bonus. I found Nigel to be very prompt, helpful and extremely diligent. We had a number of prominent stains on our lounge carpet (neat Ribena!! and red wine also an old tea stain) all of which Nigel managed to get out. It was an awful day and he arrived a bit late due to heavy traffic, but more than made up for it by taking me to work so I wouldn't be too late or soaked to the skin!
