Boiler failing to ignite, pilot light failed.
Tony turned up within 30mins of our call. Very quickly located fault, and replaced faulty parts. Excellent service all round. Would have no hesitation in using him again, and recommending him to others.

Replaced hot water cylinder
Tony rang with his estimate buy lunch time and had the work completed by the end of the afternoon.  his response from my first phone call was within hours and he turned up when he said he would. I will certainly call him again if I am need of a plumber and would recommend him to any of my friends.

Leak in kitchen
I had a leak in the kitchen during Christmas and was unable to see where the leak came from. I was extremely worried as it seemed that water was coming up from underneath the kitchen floor. Although Tony was on holiday he came between Christmas and New Year to identify the leak, so that I was able to put a bowl underneath, and the problem was then sorted after New Year. I would have no hesitation to recommend Tony.

Called Out As My Boiler Wasn't Igniting
Polite and professional on the phone. Basically it looks like I'd been paying the previous company to maintain my boiler and they hadn't serviced it properly in 2 years.. Boiler cleaned and checked, house is now warm again.. This keeps the wife happy which keeps me out the dog house. So Thanks for your quick and excellent work Tony.

Fixed broken boiler
Came with in three hours of phone call located problem with boiler very quick made one phone call then went off to collect parts job done in under an hour good rates and brilliant service will keep Tony's number just in case I need help again and will pass number on to all my friends
