This man was extremely efficient in his work and tried to stop the tap dripping without new parts initially. When this didn't work he replaced the parts needed at a very good price and did the work quickly and within a few days of being called out. An excellent service and would recommend without reserve.

I called him at 08:20 with a description of the problem. At 10:30 he arrived with the likely replacement part, found two faults, and fixed them both. I have used Tony many times for plumbing work. I can guarantee that, if he says he will be with you today, he will turn up even if he is running late - 100%.

Mr Walters came at extremely short notice late PM same day to assess problem. Returned early next day with parts and carried out the work. Simple job carried out quickly to high standard. Very pleasant to deal with, reasonable rates. Highly recommended. Have now booked Mr Walters to service my gas back boiler..

I called Tony on the Wednesday and he was able to come to me on the Thursday. He tried as hard as he could to clear a partial drain blockage, but we needed a camera to send down the drain, so he suggested we call our insurance company, which I did and they were able to clear the problem (which turned out to be a load of concrete down the drain which had to be power hosed out).

Tony came within a couple of days of my initial call even though it was not an urgent problem. He was quick, thorough, friendly and courteous. He left everything nice and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. This was the first time that we've used Mr Walters - but we'll definitely be using him again! As it was a small job and we were able to brief him accurately over the phone he came round within a few hours and did a speedy and tidy job. He also didn't charge a call out feel! I had a leak in the kitchen during Christmas and was unable to see where the leak came from. I was extremely worried as it seemed that water was coming up from underneath the kitchen floor. Although Tony was on holiday he came between Christmas and New Year to identify the leak, so that I was able to put a bowl underneath, and the problem was then sorted after New Year. I would have no hesitation to recommend Tony.

We discovered our boiler would not light on a Saturday morning. I rang Tony at about 9.30am He said he would come straight round. Problem was quickly diagnosed, part replaced and all done within the hour. Tony was polite and helpful I will be using him again.
