Fencing and small extension up to plate

I first employed them to fence my newly acquired property then satisfied with their work asked them to quote on my extension they only do ground works and brick/block work. When we struck an unexpected 20in. Land drain in the garden they worked with me and overcame the problem in the form of a concrete ring beam which required steel fixing something they had not come across before and did the work very well to the satisfaction of the building inspector
