Fault location and repair of cracked solder joints on a TV Main PCB.
TV delivered to them on Friday 20th, job was completed in less than 24 hours, other companies contacted had quoted 2 weeks before even looking at problem. I was very happy with the exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable service provided. TV now fully functional for Christmas.

Shiver on T V picture. Fault detected. Repaired, set up replaced, tested and re-tuned from workshop.
Matt explained exactly what was wrong with out T V set in terms which we both non technical customer could understand. Fast, efficient service, extremely polite.

Provided new TV and installed it.
Breakdown of TV at holiday weekend. Lent us TV to use over holiday. Enquired about new TV for us, also prices and advise and fitted new TV after weekend was polite and patient showing us controls etc.

Re-tuning of TV issues in house - exceeded expectation and really helpful with advice.
Very helpful and conscientious approach to solving our tv issues and ensured all rooms had restored service. Boosted signal with amplifier at very reasonable rate and we were very satisfied.
