Diagnosis of fault on power supply

I contacted 3 potential repairers when my TV stopped working. Tass was the only one to say 'I've seen that problem before', told me what it was, how much it would cost and when they could do it. Did what they said on the phone!

Repair of rotel stereo amplifier.

My favorite 19 year-old amplifier had developed a fault in the right hand channel causing sound distortion and crackling through the speaker. Tass Service offered a cost effective fault finding and repair service and traced the problem to a defective transistor which they replaced.

Installation of TV on wall and connection to complicated surround system.

These chaps provide an absolutely 1st class service. They certainly know their stuff. They have helped us out on 3 occasions now and their service has never been less than 1st class. They are friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and provide good value for money.
