Complete kitchen re-fit, removal of chimney, creating a new loft space
We would definitely recommend Taylor Property Services. They are extremely professional, reliable, courteous and flexible. Richard was always on the other end of the phone and he, Neil and Siggy organised their team of plumber, plasterers and decorators in a highly efficient manner. Even when our Victorian house presented a few unexpected problems these were dealt with immediately and with Richard’s typical ‘nothing is ever a problem’ attitude. Amazingly the work was still completed within the scheduled time. Siggy fitted our new kitchen very competently and he and Paul the plumber offered useful suggestions and advice when needed as did Richard and Neil. Roman the decorator did a brilliant and professional job. The whole team were very hardworking and reassuring and it did not feel intrusive having them in our home . We are really pleased with the outcome which has actually exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Conversion of 2 flats into one house, full rewire, replumb, replaster and redecorate throughout, walls down and one up, kitchen and bathroom installation and tiling
We hired Richard, Neil and Sigi and their team of plumber, electrician, plasters and the fastest decorators to undertake this massive project whilst we lived in the downstairs basement flat. They are fast, efficient, really helpful and reassuring, helping us with everything from building regulations to staircase/bannister and vintage radiator sourcing (Paul the plumber) and decorating ideas (Sigi helped me choose paint colours). The quality of the work is excellent - friends have commented on the great finish as well as the speed - and the whole TPS team without exception have all been very nice people to have around; they are not intrusive but friendly and very polite. In particular they are a one-stop-shop and a really close team so we have not had to organise or wait around for separate tilers, electricians etc and yet we haven't been charged a separate project management fee. And also worth noting.....because they bring in a biggish efficient team the speed at which the job has been completed - the whole reconfiguration and refurb has been completed in just over 2 months. They have made what was a big challenge really painless. Strong recommended.

I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor property services. Ziggy our main builder was honest, reliable and always on time. I was at home a lot of the time with my young son and I didn't find the work too inconvenient at all, the builders were also very friendly and patient with my son! Richard and Neil are always on call if you have any problems, and if there were any issues throughout the build these were always dealt with straight away. So pleased with the kitchen, top job!

Kitchen Extension and refit.
Taylor Property services did an excellent job; it was having DIY SOS on site and they certainly transformed the kitchen. The standard of work was high throughout, they were very helpful and suggested some useful improvements to the original scheme. All the materials had to come through the house, but mess was kept to a minimum and rubbish removed daily. I recommend Taylor Property Services and will use them again.
