Taylor Property Services were a real find. We first asked them to remove a chimney breast for us when the original builder we had let us down. They fitted in with the other work we had planned and liaised with the other trades. They took great care to keep the dust and mess to a minimum. We then at very short notice asked them to help with supplying and fitting a new kitchen. The marvellous Sigi came to fit the kitchen. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him; he consulted us all the time and was so patient if we decided we wanted to change anything. I am absolutely delighted with the fitting of the kitchen. I would have no hesitation in recommending TPS, they were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and reliable everything you want from a good builder.

I would recommend Taylor Property Services. They were efficient, well organised, easy to work with and completed the build ahead of schedule. When planning the kitchen layout and design they provided valuable advice and recommendations. Neil provided a sterling service sorting out problems with our antiquated electric and no problem was to much. Ziggy and the plasterers did a brilliant job of fitting the kitchen. They turned up on time every day and were careful not to make any mess. I'm just about to start my next renovation and look forward to working with them again. Thank You!

We would definitely recommend Taylor Property Services. They are extremely professional, reliable, courteous and flexible. Richard was always on the other end of the phone and he, Neil and Siggy organised their team of plumber, plasterers and decorators in a highly efficient manner. Even when our Victorian house presented a few unexpected problems these were dealt with immediately and with Richard’s typical ‘nothing is ever a problem’ attitude. Amazingly the work was still completed within the scheduled time. Siggy fitted our new kitchen very competently and he and Paul the plumber offered useful suggestions and advice when needed as did Richard and Neil. Roman the decorator did a brilliant and professional job. The whole team were very hardworking and reassuring and it did not feel intrusive having them in our home . We are really pleased with the outcome which has actually exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

We hired Richard, Neil and Sigi and their team of plumber, electrician, plasters and the fastest decorators to undertake this massive project whilst we lived in the downstairs basement flat. They are fast, efficient, really helpful and reassuring, helping us with everything from building regulations to staircase/bannister and vintage radiator sourcing (Paul the plumber) and decorating ideas (Sigi helped me choose paint colours). The quality of the work is excellent - friends have commented on the great finish as well as the speed - and the whole TPS team without exception have all been very nice people to have around; they are not intrusive but friendly and very polite. In particular they are a one-stop-shop and a really close team so we have not had to organise or wait around for separate tilers, electricians etc and yet we haven't been charged a separate project management fee. And also worth noting.....because they bring in a biggish efficient team the speed at which the job has been completed - the whole reconfiguration and refurb has been completed in just over 2 months. They have made what was a big challenge really painless. Strong recommended.

I would not hesitate to recommend Taylor property services. Ziggy our main builder was honest, reliable and always on time. I was at home a lot of the time with my young son and I didn't find the work too inconvenient at all, the builders were also very friendly and patient with my son! Richard and Neil are always on call if you have any problems, and if there were any issues throughout the build these were always dealt with straight away. So pleased with the kitchen, top job!

Taylor Property services did an excellent job; it was having DIY SOS on site and they certainly transformed the kitchen. The standard of work was high throughout, they were very helpful and suggested some useful improvements to the original scheme. All the materials had to come through the house, but mess was kept to a minimum and rubbish removed daily. I recommend Taylor Property Services and will use them again.

Neil, Richard and Ziggy and the rest of the team worked very hard to create a fabulous 'new' room in my house. It looks great and guests comment on the high quality of the building work. The work was pretty major, but all the builders were very polite and quiet and really didn't get in my way. I was often in the house when they were working and I was impressed by how diligently the men worked throughout the day (my neighbour also commented on this). Will use again for building work and will recommend to others.

I chose this company through Check a Trade because of their consistently high ratings and wasn't disappointed. They did what they said they would do on time and with no changes to the initial quote even though they did a couple of extra things. We engaged Taylor Property Services to replace all the guttering, fascias and soffits on our converted bungalow. In addition they completed a number of smaller tasks including electrics, plastering, decorating and tiling. The initial estimate was received quickly and the work started and finished on time, and to budget. All work was completed to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them.

Initially Richard came round on a couple of occasions to discuss our exact requirements. We subsequently received a detailed quote for all works. He then came round with Neil who was the Project Manager for our works. The Team of Builders are really excellent in terms of time keeping and attention to detail. They arrived on time every single day and got stuck in! When we fell foul of the weather they even made up lost time at the weekends to ensure we stayed on track. Ziggy who is the 'primary' builder has a real eye for detail and, indeed gave us his views on look and decor. Additionally when we wanted to discuss the final 'snagging list' he had already anticipated the list and had it all covered. We had one or two very, very minor 'aftercare' requirements and Neil was only too pleased to remediate these for us within 24 hours, again excellent service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Taylor Property Services to anyone and am sure we will be using them in the future ourselves. Thanks we are delighted with the completed job.

Despite many problems with the delivery of our new kitchen, items not turning up, or faulty, we did not experience any problems with the fitters. Richard always answered any phone calls, and if he was busy he would ring back as soon as he could. The finished kitchen was to an excellent standard.
