Affordable Online Home Plans

Planning Drawings, Building Regulations and Structural Calculations

Most of our work is from all corners of the Country as Home Owners can give us all the information we need to complete their plans.  Although we do offer a free dimensional survey to Home Owners within a 5 mile radius of BN16 1NE.

From your initial sketches we can guide you through the process of designing your own unique home plans online.   Our Architectural Technicians can provide you with a complete package of Planning Drawings and Building Regulations, including Submission of both if you wish.  Your design will also be assessed by a Structural Engineer at the Planning Stage.  This is to avoid resubmission of your Planning Application due to changes caused by a poor design.

Most home owners looking to enlarge their homes have their own Dream Home Plans in mind already.  With our Simple Home Plans process we can assist you as much or as little as you like, from professionally produced drawings of your existing and home addition plans, to submitting the application on your behalf as your agent.

Drawings produced and passed through authorities for extension to the to the rear of my bungalow. Also drawings more recently for a large porch on the front.
I have no hesitation in recommending June Grinstead for the speed and efficiency with which she produced the drawings for a large rear extension to my property and processed them through Council on my behalf. In fact she has now produced another set of drawings for my front porch. As a bonus it was also very good value.
