After an expensive and failed attempt to produce drawings using an architect, I found June Grinstead of Technical Drawings Ltd. She was fantastic - quick to respond to emails, reassuring, full of imaginative yet practical ideas, whilst being very competitively priced. She worked hard and used her flair to produce a design/drawings that worked for me and was acceptable to the Planning Department. One builder tendering for the work commented that the drawings were 'spot on' as well as providing maximum use of space and interesting features that would look great once built. I can't recommend her highly enough.

This is a great service, June Grinstead worked on my drawings, all communication is via email and June always answers very fast. I would recommend Technical Drawings Ltd to anyone. We had some problems with building control during the process and June dealt with them directly, work is now underway and we are looking forward to the finished job. I have no hesitation in recommending June Grinstead for the speed and efficiency with which she produced the drawings for a large rear extension to my property and processed them through Council on my behalf. In fact she has now produced another set of drawings for my front porch. As a bonus it was also very good value.
