As this feedback card has only recently been sent to Checkatrade, even though the work was done in April, it is very difficult to say why we arrived at 5pm. We can only presume that this was an emergency call out and was scheduled for an afternoon visit, which can be up to 5pm. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused but feel sure that we would have made the customer aware of the time slot.
