Telelec staff were tidy, good time-keeping, courteous and quality of work was reasonable. The team started work very good but started to drop in performance as reaching the end of work.

A very thorough investigation and detailed report all was easily explained throughout. Received the report on the day and then another one written up in basic terminology later that day.
