I don't normally leave reviews but had to his time as the service received was excellent. On time, friendly, helpful and exceptional customer service. I was stressed about the move and the guys couldn't have been nicer and just took care of everything for me. The whole day was made much easier and by the end I felt very calm. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone. Very good on cost as well.

This is the second time we have used Test Valley Removals and on both occasions the service has been superb. Mark and Simone are business owners who take fully accountability for service delivery and very much give the impression nothing is too much trouble. The team of packers are careful, polite and in two moves of a four bedroom house we did not have one thing damaged. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Leading up to the move Simone was a great help. She was always quick to return my calls and answer my questions. On the day, Mark and the team were there on time. They moved us out really quickly and we were in the new house in no time at all. They were all careful with both properties and they looked after all our possessions, loading the vans with real care. Moving is always stressful but everyone was in a good mood and we had a laugh. This is the 2nd time we've moved with Test Valley and I don't know why we would ever use anyone else.
