The whole job was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner, from initial enquiry to receipt of estimate and completion of the work. The invoice price was actually lower than the estimate. We would not hesitate to use TG Electrical again and would certainly recommend them to others.

Ian arrived at time stated and was very clean and tidy throughout the job using dust sheets and removing shoes being very respectful of the property. The work was carried out with minimum disruption and to a high standard. Ian was very knowledgeable and informative throughout. I will definately use T G Electrical for future work.

Very responsive to my initial enquiring by phone and email. They turned up exactly on time on the agreed day, worked steadily and accommodated a last minute change when I realised I needed another socket replacing. Tidied up well, always polite, very pleasant company while they were here. I was asking questions about the details of the work and they were very clear explaining what they were doing. During the system check stage before starting work they discovered that the main ground connection needed upgrading. This was charged at a very reasonable price, but the cost of the inspection itself was reduced by that same amount. I'd totally recommend TG Electrical and will certainly be going back to them as my first point of call whenever I need any more domestic electrical work doing.

Previous feedback for this company was very good so I am a little disappointed to have to make some negative comment. The work requested was simple and clear instruction was given both verbally and in writing but it was still not carried out very well or as requested. Rubbish was not taken away and generally tidiness and finish was not as expected. A disappointing experience I'm afraid.

Ian and Martin, Carried out a Periodic Inspection Report as requested. They then returned to rectify the problem. Existing consumer unit replaced and various other work including socket replacements and adapting circuitry to conform with regulations. They were punctual to the minute. They did exactly what was agreed and left the house as tidy as it was when they arrived. Their charges were reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
