The work was done very efficiently and has since given no trouble. We were impressed that Mr Williams had the equipment on his van which froze the pipes and therefore avoided having to drain down the system - this saved a lot of time.

I was extremely happy with the work Ron carried out! He was very thorough in his approach, informing me of what he was doing and of how the new installation, such as the immersion heater cut-out, operated. He made sure that everything was functioning correctly and left everything clean and tidy. Ron also pointed out that my loft tanks had no insulation, which I hadn't been aware of, so was grateful for that information. I have used Ron in the past and would have no hesitation in using him for other jobs in the future. I have also recommended him to a number of friends.
