I feel that I have to disagree with the customer’s feedback. I completed the original work to the customer’s satisfaction, one week later the customer requested that they wanted the guttering raised and also to move a window bar by 1mm again at the time the customer was grateful for me returning due to the long distance. This extra work was done free of charge. At all times we try to ensure customer satisfaction, hence our good feedback.

This time I requested the installation of a new shed door, repair to decking where I had to cut it up to rescue an animal (don't ask!) and to install an mdf bath panel.
