Cleaning of 3pc suite was good. A stain was removed satisfactory in one carpet, but any surface dust was washed into the pile and around the edges of the room. The general aspect was not noticeably cleaner. The walking areas were still discoloured! I complained and the next day the cleaner had another go. I left for the weekend to leave the carpets to dry. There were improvements to the critical areas, but the overall aspect was disappointing - particularly when I was advised that there would be 100% improvement!

In response to the customer comments above. I feel that the customers comments were a little unfair. At no time did I mention to the customer that there would be a 100% improvement to her carpets after cleaning. The customer was advised at the time that the draft marks from the skirting board were harder to remove and would not be removed completely. The overall outcome depends on a few factors, ie the type of carpet, the materials that the carpets are made of and how well this responds to cleaning and also what condition the carpet was in before cleaning. We carried out the cleaning of this carpet to our usual high standards and feel that the outcome of this clean was the best possible.

I am sorry we did not leave a feedback card when we got to the van we had run out by the time I received more feedback cards I had forgotten to give one to this customer. The customer was on a budget and requested a main area clean and although we went out of our way to move some items we did not move them all which is why some dirt was found.
