Steve and Jenny are just lovely and were exactly what I needed in a crisis. So many cleaners turn down "1 big job" in favour of regular hours so it was refreshing to find people who actually focus their business towards emergency work. They managed to fit the cleaning into a really tight schedule and worked at the weekend around the family to get things done in time. As a bonus, Steve and Jenny are very experienced with post-bereavement matters and managed to give us some very useful and kind advice without being pushy or intrusive.
