We specialize in 24 hour emergency unblock, CCTV surveys/pre-purchase, servicing of treatment plants and pumps (we carry a selection of replacement pumps/blowers onboard), also drain repairs and renewals plus relining, pitchfibre solutions, soakaway problems, septic tank and seweage treatment plant installations. We can also detect water main leaks and either repair or replace including the method of moling.
A typical project (i.e septic tank/soakaway) is intiated by a personal visit and inspection followed by a written assessment together with a detailed solution and a fixed - price quotation.

In the last few years we have now use this
company for three job, the first two involving small problems with our
soakaways. This company was the only one who was prepared to use a remote camera
which located the problem with had defied all the other firms. Recently we were
faced with major work to find a solution to a very long standing problem which
involved the total replacement of our septic tank and all associate drainage
work. The work was exacerbated by a very high water table with our close
proximity to the River Stour and our property being built (in 1928) on the
former flood plain. When we considered quotations from four different companies,
we decided to use the Drain Experts Limited for the third time, now withstanding
that their price was not the lowest. They guaranteed their quotation would be
the final price for the complete job, whatever unforeseen problems were
encountered whilst carrying out the job. Their competitors put in lower
quotations but with very many detailed provisos and the clauses which could very
easily have greatly increased their final account. The job was started promptly
when they has said they would start, all their workforce were most pleasant,
polite knowledgeable, efficient and very hard working and they were very pleased
to cooperate to move many of our plants and shrubs in order for them to bring in
all their machinery and equipment. They had to excavate a very large hole some
3mx3mx3m deep to install all the new equipment and also carry out much
associated drainage and soakaway work. By Saturday lunchtime of the same week,
all the work was finished to our complete satisfaction, everything had been very
carefully replaced, one area had been re-seeded and our whole new installation
was working smoothly and efficiently. We are extremely satisfied customers of
The Drain Experts Limited and, in our view, of the three jobs they have
completed on time and on budget, we would highly recommend this company for any
drainage project, large or small.
