Robin Neave responded very promptly to my email for a price quote and was able to undertake the work within a couple of days. Mr Neave arrived on time and did a very efficient cctv survey and the price was the same as was quoted. A couple of days after that, I received a full written report and also a clear dvd showing the inside of the drains. I can fully recommend 'The Drain Experts Ltd' to anyone and am very happy with the work that was carried out!

They cleared the drains at my father's property. They responded extremely quickly, carried out the work the same day and let me know once all the work had been completed. As I live some distance from my father it was a relief to know that someone was dealing with the drains without any problems. Excellent service. We called on a Saturday morning having discovered a problem with our drains. Robin arrived within 30 minutes of our call, replaced our burnt out pump and unblocked drain. He thoroughly tested new pump and advised on it's use.
