Having heard so many 'bad press' stories about glazing companies, it was refreshing to give business to a local firm, who were friendly, competitive and reliable. The work carried out was completed efficiently and to a very good standard, with a real attention to detail. In addition everything was disposed of and left clean. Graham did everything as promised and was very neat, tidy and did a good job. I had a couple of companies come round to quote for the work but most weren't interested. Graham was recommended by a friend and he was brilliant. Very friendly and polite, gave a very reasonable quote and carried out the work to a high standard. The only blip was he did cancel the morning the work was due to be carried out but he was extremely apologetic (one of his guys had called in sick) and I would still say he was reliable. Definitely happy to recommend him to my friends and on here.

Graham and his team arrived on time and got to work straight away. Before we knew it the old doors were out and the new ones were in. Graham also took his time afterwards to explain how the doors worked and about the guarantees we would receive. It was also fantastic as they were able to fit the doors before we were told we could have them, as they had a job postponed and they were able to bring ours forwards. They left our house as they found it, which was so fantastic, and when a week later I had a little concern about one of the doors, Graham was super prompt to come and deals with any worries, which was really excellent customer service and very reassuring. All in all we can't fault them or their work, they came recommended and we would be more than happy to recommend them.

The existing conservatory was constructed by the previous owners and needed the roof replaced that was rotting and leaking. To repair, it needed the existing roof and higher level facias replacing. The quote from Elite was less than all other tenders and included glass as opposed to polycarbonate (offered by all other tenders). The job over ran by two days because once stripped out more problems came to light but the cost did not change from the initial quote.

In addition, he made recommendations when measuring up which turned out to be excellent and which other firms did not (eg a kitchen door to open outwards to give more space). Six months after the job I was burgled (no fault of the glazing), I was away at the time and it was just before Christmas. I didn't know what to do. In despair I called Graham and he came round and fitted a new pane whilst I was away, over the Christmas break and when there was 4 inches of snow on the ground. It was outstanding service and got me out of a right pickle. I'd recommend them to anyone.
